The Banquet Steward is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing pull sheets and filling requisitions
• Delivery of cold food, desserts and hot food to banquet functions
• Running extra items/special requests to Banquets
• Returning leftover food items from Banquet functions to kitchen
• Preparation of plates, hotboxes for banquet functions
• Expediting banquet functions

Wage information The hourly wage for this position is $26.50

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on feet for extended period
• lift moderate weight up to 50lbs
• Adequate communication skills both verbally and written
• previous hospitality or stewarding experience preferred
