Ettan opened in 2020 to much acclaim as the first Cal-Indian restaurant of its kind by Michelin starred chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar who have since gone on to open Copra in San Francisco and Eylan in Menlo Park. Ettan celebrates the bounty of California in the context of the rich cultural and culinary traditions of India.
JOB SUMMARY
The Bartender works closely with Barbacks to provide exceptional drink and food service to bar and restaurant guests. This position has a range of responsibilities including guest service, barback training, cocktail batching, mixing and serving, ingredient production, cleaning and organization. This job description reflects the general level and nature of the job. It is not intended to be all inclusive.
