Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time experienced Bartender/Server to join the BSB&G team in Dracut, MA! The Bartender/Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food & drinks. This is a tip-based position offering an opportunity to make a lot of money! 
 
The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, has fantastic attention to detail and needs to be available on Sundays.
 

 Responsibilities include and are not limited to: 

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders for the kitchen staff
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
• Upkeep of cleanliness behind the bar and tables

Qualifications: 

• Previous 2-3 years of experience as a server or bartender 
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be TIPS Certified
