In addition to providing exceptional guest service, the Lead Mixologist will oversee the execution of the beverage program, develop seasonal cocktail menus, train and mentor bartenders, maintain quality and consistency, and support bar operations to ensure outstanding experience. In addition to performance of key responsibilities, this position may be required to possess a combination of the following skills and experiences: Advanced knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktail techniques, and beverage trends.
