Job Description
Benefits Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for a Benefits Analyst at a global asset management company based in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of human resources experience.
This is a temporary role (est. 3+ months with an opportunity for extension) and will pay between $27.00-$32.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 4 days per week.
Starts October 27th, 2026.
Responsibilities:
Support benefits administration (retirement plan, healthcare, dental, insurance, etc.)
Assist with benefit plan administration
Main contact for general benefit questions and inquiries
Assist in open enrollment, reimbursement programs, vendor invoicing, and special projects
Ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of human resources experience
Previous experience utilizing Workday is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Detail-oriented and discretion with confidential information
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
