Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Starting Pay: $22.00/Hour

Qualifications & Experience:
 

• Fluent in English and Spanish — REQUIRED
• Previous professional experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition.
• Employment agency or high-volume staffing experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with hiring for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong telephone communication and people skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage several hiring assignments simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with online recruiting websites, applicant databases, and hiring technology.
• Consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with applicants, coworkers, and customers.
• Dependable, professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
