About the Role:
Join Kaskaid Hospitality as a Broil Cook in the vibrant Saint Louis Park, MN! Bring your culinary skills to life in a dynamic kitchen environment where creativity meets flavor.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of broiled dishes to perfection.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal results.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new broiled items.
- Keep workstations organized and well-stocked with necessary ingredients.
- Participate in kitchen inventory management and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a broil or grill setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
