Overview
The Illinois Board of Examiners (ILBOE) protects the public interest by evaluating academic credentials, approving candidates to sit for the Uniform CPA Exam, and issuing a certificate of CPA Exam Completion to individuals who pass the Uniform CPA Exam and the AICPA Ethics Exam. This position is an integral part of the IBOE team to ensure candidates experience a high level of customer service.
THE ILLINOIS BOARD OF EXAMINERS IS LOCATED AT NIU NAPERVILLE.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Illinois Board of Examiners. The position oversees workflow management, staff management, candidate services, systems administration, technology initiatives, and process improvement activities. This position works closely with the Executive Director to support efficient operations, implement organizational initiatives, and ensure continuity of agency operations.
