    • \n
    • Demonstrated success opening new accounts and converting prospects into revenue-generating clients.
    • \n
    • Experience in IT staffing, technology staffing, workforce solutions, or a closely related professional services environment for the Dallas role
    • \n
    • Strong prospecting, discovery, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • \n
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable independently building a territory.
    • \n
    • Ability to work effectively with executive, technical, procurement, recruiting, and delivery stakeholders.

    • \n
    \n

    \n

    What's in it for you?

    \n
    • \n
    • Competitive base + uncapped commission + bonus opportunities
    • \n
    • Fully remote: Work remotely while remaining available for in-person client and prospect meetings as needed. Occasional travel throughout Texas may be required.
