Leadership is actively investing in expansion and has plans to establish several new locations over the next few years.Job DescriptionClient Relationship Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute strategic account plans throughout the CarolinasBuild relationships with: Regional Property Managers, Asset Managers, Ownership Groups, Multifamily Operators, Real Estate Investment FirmsIdentify opportunities to expand services across existing client portfoliosIncrease penetration within current accountsPursue and secure new regional business opportunitiesLead client meetings, presentations, and business reviewsServe as the primary relationship owner for assigned key accountsCoordinate account strategies across multiple geographic marketsRegional Revenue GrowthDrive revenue growth across assigned territoryAchieve annual revenue and profitability goalsDevelop and maintain a healthy sales pipelineCreate strategic pursuit plans for target clientsAssist with pricing strategy and proposal positioningSupport company expansion initiatives across multiple marketsTerritory CoordinationCollaborate with internal territory managers and operations leadersEnsure consistent communication to clients across all regionsMaintain alignment in pricing, scope development, and project executionSupport dispute resolution and client escalation managementCoordinate account activity between offices and regionsProject & Account OversightSupport planning and execution of regional project opportunitiesParticipate in client portfolio planning meetingsAssist with contract strategy and client negotiationsEnsure client expectations are consistently met across marketsMaintain visibility into operational execution and project successStrategic Market IntelligenceMonitor market conditions and industry trendsTrack competitor activityIdentify emerging opportunities and target accountsProvide recommendations to executive leadership regarding expansion strategiesEvaluate opportunities in existing and emerging geographic marketsLeadership & DevelopmentMentor new team members and account representativesAssist in building the future business development teamParticipate in strategic planning initiativesPromote company culture and valuesSupport organizational growth initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
