Their collaborative Business Development function is integral to client growth and market positioning.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute BD strategy for the practice. Lead pitches, proposals, and client targeting initiatives. Drive client relationship development and cross-selling. Support thought leadership and market positioning. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work as part of a team and with lawyers of all seniority levels.
