We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are pivotal in generating new sales opportunities and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. This role involves prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to account executives who will convert them into new customers and sales. As key introducers of potential clients to our company, BDRs must be customer and company-focused, acting responsibly and with integrity at all times.
Major Responsibilities:
Prospect into a defined account list: Utilize phone, email, social selling, and other creative approaches to identify and engage potential clients.
Deliver relevant messaging: Use research, creativity, and analysis to craft and deliver compelling messages at the right time.
Follow-up and qualification: Diligently follow up with prospects, ensuring they meet the criteria for a qualified lead before passing them on to account executives.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for account executives with qualified leads to facilitate the sales process.
Discovery: Conduct discovery calls to establish the top end of the sales funnel, understanding prospect needs, pain points, and potential solutions.
First Contact for Inbound Leads: Handle initial contact for all inbound marketing-generated leads to establish the top line of the sales funnel.
Minor Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team in identifying trends and insights from customer interactions to improve marketing strategies.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns based on feedback from prospects and clients.

Organization: Ability to take a structured approach to identifying new leads, engaging with prospects, and managing time effectively.
Sales Activities: Proficient in cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, customer research, social selling, sales presentations, and product offerings.
Education and Experience:
Minimal professional experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Relevant education in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
