We are hiring a Business Development Representative for Dallas, TX. Focuses on building referral relationships with firms, physicians and other healthcare providers, driving patient volume, and supporting clinic growth through outreach and territory management. Strong emphasis on cold calls, in-person visits, CRM tracking, event coordination, and maintaining relationships with referring practices and decision-makers. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, referring physicians, schedulers, office staff, and other healthcare partners.
Prospect new referral sources through outreach, networking, and territory coverage.
Make regular cold calls and onsite visits to forms, clinics, physician offices, and health systems.
Coordinate marketing efforts such as educational lunches, speaker events, and community outreach.
Track activity and pipeline in a CRM and report on referral or lead performance.
Support revenue growth by increasing referrals and helping convert attorney,provider relationships into patient volume.
Qualifications:
Experience in business development, sales, or healthcare relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and handle travel across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
