    Business Operations Manager – Healthcare Operations

    Farmingdale, NY
    Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually

    Responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficient coordination across Sales, Dispatch, Operations, and Patient Support functions within a healthcare environment. Served as the primary operational leader managing office staff, workflow efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional communication to support high-quality patient service and business performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Directed day-to-day office operations and supervised administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow execution.
    • Managed Medicare credentialing, billing operations, insurance verification, and healthcare administrative processes.
    • Coordinated with Sales, Dispatch, and Operations teams to resolve patient, scheduling, and service-related escalations.
    • Supported patient communications and administrative coverage as needed while maintaining high service standards.
    • Trained, coached, and evaluated in-office staff to improve performance, accountability, and operational consistency.
    • Ensured compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and insurance-based workflow requirements.
    • Identified operational inefficiencies and implemented process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
    • Maintained strong interdepartmental collaboration while fostering a professional and positive office culture.
    • Monitored workflow accuracy, reporting, and operational performance to support organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Experience in office management, healthcare operations, or administrative leadership
    • Knowledge of Medicare credentialing, billing operations, and insurance workflows preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide teams effectively
    • Bilingual communication skills preferred
