Responsibilities include:
Answering phones for multiple apartment communities
Assisting residents and prospective tenants
Monitoring company emails
Helping with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Additional Details:
Our company operates 7 days per week, so weekend availability is required
We encourage standing desks, so this is not a sedentary position
