Position Overview

The CEO will lead day-to-day operations, financial performance, team development, and strategic growth while working closely with the founder.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with P&L experience, strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust within an established organization.

Work Environment

On-site leadership position in Boston, with regular involvement in field operations.

Compensation: $180K base salary, 20% bonus, and equity ownership opportunity.
