The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Develops and maintains referral relationships with Realtors®, builders, attorneys, financial advisors, nonprofit organizations, community partners, and other sources to generate mortgage and home equity lending opportunities. Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the loan origination process and communicates effectively with borrowers, referral sources, processors, underwriters, attorneys, and other parties to ensure a positive customer experience.
