Lead 9 direct reports: 4 nurse managers, dialysis manager, respiratory supervisor, infection preventionist, wound care, and educator (scope also includes CNAs, nurses, and dietitians); Framingham leadership includes 1 nurse manager, 2 educators, and 2 wound nurses. Support specialty Joint Commission work already underway in stroke and traumatic brain injury, and upcoming spinal cord and Parkinson’s program accreditation (hospital TJC survey completed this year).
