    What You'll Do

    As the Charge Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership while ensuring exceptional resident care and smooth day-to-day nursing operations. You'll support and guide the nursing team, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, and help drive quality improvements that enhance resident outcomes and the overall care experience.

    • Lead and coordinate daily nursing operations, assigning work and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
    • Support, mentor, and coach nursing staff while promoting accountability and professional growth.
    • Oversee resident admissions, care coordination, and communication to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
    • Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and patient outcomes to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
    • Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team to uphold regulatory standards and best practices.
    • Serve as a trusted clinical resource, making sound decisions and ensuring effective communication across shifts and departments.
    • Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned

    Who We're Looking For

    We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who leads with confidence, collaborates with compassion, and thrives in a fast-paced long-term care environment. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and developing an exceptional nursing team.

    • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado required.
    • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
    • Must obtain ACLS, PALS, or ENPC certification required within six months of hire.
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience in a patient care setting.
    • Proven nursing experience with strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
    • Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting healthcare teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
    • Proficient with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

    • Pay Range: $39.12 - $55.91/hour (based on experience)

    Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
