If you want to sell for a company that actually controls its own product and delivery, we'd like to hear from you.What You’ll OwnAs an Outside Sales Representative (Chemical Sales Account Manager), you’ll drive strategic impact by winning new B2B accounts across industrial, municipal, and water treatment markets in the Tampa Bay territory. This role exists to expand our footprint in chemical distribution through disciplined prospecting and fast, accurate quoting.Key responsibilities:- Build and convert a new-business pipeline via cold outreach, field visits, and territory management- Run discovery, position solutions, negotiate terms, and close while maintaining margin discipline- Translate customer requirements into timely quotes and coordinate internally to execute- Maintain clean CRM activity, forecasts, and next-step plans to drive outcomesRequired qualifications:- 5–10+ years of hunter-style B2B outside sales with consistent new business development results- Preferred: chemical sales, industrial chemicals, or water treatment chemicals; adjacent industrial sales considered- Ability to speak to SDS/COA/spec sheets; strong negotiation and closing skills- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and comfort with heavy travelIf you’re ready for senior-level ownership in a field sales role, apply now.In the FieldYour day is built around a target list and a self-directed route through Central Florida.
