As a Client Relationship Manager, you will turn conversations into trust, trust into sales, and strong client partnerships into long term growth.

You will manage relationships across technology, clean energy, creative media, life sciences, consumer brands, professional services, and nonprofit sectors. Every account brings a different goal, challenge, and opportunity to deliver value.

Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Understand each client’s goals, challenges, audience, and growth priorities

• Identify sales opportunities within active accounts

• Support client retention, account expansion, and revenue growth

• Present campaign ideas, recommendations, and performance updates

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams

• Manage client communication from campaign planning through delivery

• Track account activity, sales opportunities, and follow ups in the CRM

• Resolve concerns quickly while protecting the client relationship
