Job Summary:
Support compensation operations, reporting, data quality, and process improvement initiatives during a period of increased business and pipeline volume. This role will focus on reconciling data across multiple systems, identifying operational inefficiencies, improving manual workflows, supporting compensation cycles, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance scalability, accuracy, and automation readiness.
Key Responsibilities:- Support compensation operations and reporting activities associated with increased business volume and new product launches.
- Reconcile compensation-related data across CRM platforms, booking systems, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct audits to identify data discrepancies, workflow inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
- Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
- Manage benchmark survey submissions and data intake while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain Workday job infrastructure data, including job codes, hierarchies, and job descriptions.
- Support annual bonus, equity, salary, and rewards cycles through data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Partner with HR Technology, Sales Operations, Compensation, Finance, and Technology teams to document integration gaps and business requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Diagram and evaluate current-state processes, particularly workflows involving disconnected systems and manual intervention.
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams supporting compensation operations and process optimization.
- Develop metrics and performance indicators to measure processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Investigate operational issues and data discrepancies to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Measure process performance against established requirements and service-level expectations.
- Align improvement initiatives with performance gaps, operational capacity, and business priorities.
- Provide consultation on process redesign opportunities that improve efficiency, data quality, and scalability.
- Develop and deliver presentations, training materials, process documentation, and data quality guidelines as needed.
- Research and evaluate best practices in compensation operations, data management, workflow optimization, and process automation.
- Communicate project status, process improvement progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:- 2–4 years of analytical, business operations, compensation, HR, finance, or sales operations experience.
- Experience working with large datasets across multiple systems, including data reconciliation, validation, analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline manual business processes through workflow redesign, automation, or analytical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with multiple source systems and environments where system integrations may be incomplete or disconnected.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and develop practical improvement recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing business requirements.
- Curiosity about AI tools and their application to data-heavy workflows; experience evaluating or piloting new tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a temporary, project-oriented environment focused on business growth, operational scalability, and process stabilization.
Industry Experience:
- Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical functions.
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or other high-growth environments with complex enterprise systems is preferred.
- Experience with Workday, CRM platforms, booking systems, or comparable enterprise applications is preferred.
- Exposure to compensation operations, rewards, benchmarking, HR technology, or process automation is highly desirable.
