Complaint Intake and Database Support Specialist (On-site)

HEPCO is seeking a Complaint Intake and Database Support Specialist to assist a New York State agency with complaint processing, database management, safety checks, and user support.

• Receive calls and correspondence from NYS agencies and record complaint details, next steps, and outcomes.
• Create, enter, modify, and update complaints in the NIMRS database.
• Monitor complaint records and reports to ensure timely, quality responses.
• Conduct safety checks related to reported allegations of abuse.
• Independently navigate NIMRS, Concerts, and MHPD to complete complaint and safety check duties.
• Use Verizon Virtual Contact Center to receive Customer Relations contacts.
• Assist Field Office staff and providers with troubleshooting complaints and safety checks in NIMRS.
• Coordinate with providers to ensure safety check contacts are correctly entered in MHPD.
• Provide technical assistance with incident data entry and running reports in NIMRS.

• Ability to work independently and help users troubleshoot database issues.
