Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in DC, is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to assist their team on a temporary basis.

This position is fully onsite and anticipated to last approximately 3 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling reception desk operations
  • Overseeing conference rooms
  • Scheduling meeting facilities
  • Coordinating food and beverage services
  • Overseeing work schedules
  • Providing facilities support
  • Providing general clerical support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent experience in a client services/reception based role in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $24/hour.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
