Cook Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Self-driven and flexible with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a guest driven high-volume restaurant environment
• Demonstrated commitment to Golden Corral's Mission, Values, and Beliefs 
• Experience in food preparation preferred, but not required

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot buffet items according to recipes and standards 
• Ensure food is fresh, hot, and ready to serve throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area at all times 
• Support team operations, including restocking and assisting guests
