Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place skilled tradespeople.
- Manage workforce pipelines for high-volume, short-term projects.
- Conduct onboarding, manage credentials, and ensure site-readiness.
- Coordinate closely with clients and field operations.
- Maintain compliance and tracking systems for field employees.
Qualifications
- Background in skilled trades staffing strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple placements and changing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with staffing platforms and workforce tracking tools.
