CRE Relationship Manager
New England

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and client relationships across the New England Market
  • Actively prospect and source new lending opportunities in the market
  • Underwrite your own deals, analyze the property, assess the borrower, and make credit recommendations independently
  • Put together deal proposals and present them to internal credit committee for approval
  • Negotiate loan terms, work through documentation, and drive deals to closing
  • Partner with internal teams and external legal counsel throughout the closing process
  • Cross sell additional bank products to existing clients
  • Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking function

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience specifically in commercial real estate relationship management or lending
  • Ability to underwrite deals independently without heavy support
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable in front of credit committees and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
  • Proficient in CoStar, Argus, Moody's CreditLens, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
