Customer Service/Admin Support

Part-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-1pm
Pay: $18-$19/hr. (DOE)
Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service/Admin Support professional with excellent communication skills to answer and direct incoming phone calls (in English and Spanish), meet and greet visitors, and perform various office tasks to maintain the flow of the facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in applicants, answer busy phones, and assist customer
- Respond to phone messages and emails as needed
- Assist candidates with on-line applications
- Perform other assignments and projects as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or General Office role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish & English both written and verbal)
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Accurate Data Entry & Typing skills
- Previous Hospitality or Customer Service experience is helpful
