Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries and policy changes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
• Process insurance applications and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Provide support in resolving customer issues and answering product-related questions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized filing system and update client databases regularly.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and products.
• Being a dependable/reliable person who understands work ethic

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
