Customer Service Phone Representative

The team at Jaffarian Volvo Toyota is looking for a dynamic, organized and detail oriented individual to join our team and grow within our organization as a Service Concierge. This role is based in Haverhill, MA, and offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00-$25.00, paid weekly. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers promptly and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer communications.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide detailed information about services offered and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Assist in managing waiting area and service desk appearance.
• Support service team with administrative tasks as needed.
