About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment. You’ll help keep deliveries on track, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate order changes while delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do
Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
Monitor delivery routes and progress
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process delivery order changes and cancellations
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and business partners
What You’ll Need
Required:
Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of related customer service experience
Previous call center experience
Experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics
Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide effective solutions

Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
