The Data Entry Clerk tracks all aspects of project scheduling and coordinates project planning.
- Communicates daily with supervisor and other departments, as required.
- Maintains all documentation and electronic data between contractor and the client.
- Generates and submits purchase order requests.
- Tracks incoming purchase orders and tracks dollar amounts.
- Updates General Project Tracker with both forecast and actual date recordings.
- Uploads documents to customer database.
- Updates weekly reports.
- Prepares departmental request forms and associated documents.
- Escalates appropriately when needed.
Schedule: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM
