    Description

    To acquire the advantage, Zolon is seeking a Tier 2 Deskside Technician to support and provide hands-on deskside support across House offices in the Capitol Hill and DC Metro area, including device setup, peripheral support, and executive/VIP assistance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide in-person deskside support, device setup, and troubleshooting in House offices.
    Support printers, peripherals, and office hardware.
    Provide executive/VIP-level support with professionalism and discretion.
    Coordinate inventory and asset tracking for deployed equipment.
    Physically install, move, and service equipment (lifting to 50 lbs).

    Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
    5+ years of advanced Windows/macOS/iOS/Android support experience.
    Active Directory and Office 365 experience.
    Remote access/VPN experience.
    Deskside support and printer/peripheral support experience.
    Hardware setup experience.
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Preferred Qualifications / Differentiators:
    JAMF, Apple Business Manager, Workspace ONE, Intune.
    Microsoft Defender experience.
    MDT imaging experience.
    Executive/VIP support experience.
    House or Capitol campus experience.

    Security, Compliance & Onboarding Requirements:
    Must be U.S.-based and legally eligible to work in the United States (I-9/E-Verify compliance required).
    Must pass a U.S. Capitol Police background check (CP-491 or equivalent) with CAO adjudication before starting work on the contract.
    Must sign the House Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing work or receiving House Information access.
    Must complete House Information Security (HISPOL/HISPUB) orientation and annual Workplace Rights / harassment-and-discrimination-prevention training.
    A House ID badge is required based on onsite presence, House network access, and COR determination.
    May not use personal devices for House systems/CMS or unauthorized cloud services.
