Description

Our client, a marketing and advertising company based in Manhattan, is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support its content and campaign teams. This role offers exposure to social media strategy, email marketing, and digital advertising for a range of client accounts.

The intern will work closely with marketing coordinators and account managers to assist in planning, executing, and tracking campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a marketing agency operates day to day.

This internship is well suited for a student or recent graduate studying marketing, communications, or a related field who wants practical experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts across client accounts
  • Support the creation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Help track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Assist with organizing digital assets and content calendars
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Help proofread and edit marketing copy before publication

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Interest in pursuing a career in marketing or advertising
