Digital Sales Manager Holler Hyundai/Genesis Orlando

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Review/Analyze incoming calls, texts, and emails to ensure that each lead has a manager touch
  • Manage pipeline of unsold internet and phone leads
  • Desk Proposals, provide terms to customers close deals and schedule appointments for delivery
  • Provide offers to purchase on trade values
  • Responsible for managing, measuring and maintaining internet sales process and inbound phone handling
  • Driving up the daily appointment count
  • Manage appointment pipeline
  • Create, maintain, and measure the internet sales processes
  • Provide proposals to customers for purchase/lease
  • Complete appraisals for online trade-ins
  • Interview, hire, and train new sales associates and digital sales representatives on CRM, Phone and internet processes as well as buy smart be happy and successful engagement.
  • Phone call quality control
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information about our products
  • Create templates in CRM to gain more engagement from customers
  • Competitive price and offer shopping
  • Ability to pivot priorities when needed

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Professional phone skills when contacting customers
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service

  • Ability to interact and assist with a wide variety of customers and employees
  • Previous digital sales experience preferred
  • Reliable Transportation
  • High School diploma or Equivalent
