When you join RadNet as a Director of Accounting and Finance, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Manage the underlying team's day to day accounting activities to ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP; manage any other compliance requirements with a strong focus on completeness and accuracy of financial data as well as a timely ERP close process.
  • Monthly financial and expense trend analysis supported by detailed workpapers and reconciliations.
  • Manage and maintain the expense reimbursement review process, including ensuring compliance with the Travel & Expense policy and any required communications to employees/managers/executives regarding same.
  • Miscellaneous project management and/or application implementations (e.g. Alteryx). Find means to increase efficiency and productivity without impairing quality, completeness or accuracy.
  • Liaison to internal and external auditors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Ability to be a self starter with an acute attention to detail.
  • Extensive working experience and knowledge in general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, payroll accounting and the related payroll tax liabilities, accounting policies and procedures, and internal financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel experience required; proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 12 years hands-on experience in accounting; at least five (5) years' experience in a managerial role in the accounting department; preferably a CPA certificate and/or MBA from an accredited university.

Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
