This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for volume targets, conversion performance, team development, and customer experience from inquiry to keys in hand.

You will report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the COO and co-founder. You will develop the sales organization playbook for Ever accelerates its growth, expanding nationwide and building the next-generation automotive retail company.

  • Establish and rigorously monitor CRM hygiene and data integrity.
  • Develop the capacity model for the sales development organization as Ever scales, including headcount, tools, workload standards, and more.

Customer Experience & Delivery

  • Partner with the Business Office organization to ensure consistent customer satisfaction in titling and registration matters, across all types of transactions.
  • Track and act on NPS, review scores, and return/cancellation data as leading indicators of experience quality.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain Sales Managers, BDC Managers, Sales Consultants, and BDC Representatives across markets.
