Inputs deposit information into FLAIR and verifies that treasury receipts match input for receivable invoices and miscellaneous deposits. Manually validates incoming revenue to ensure all checks are matched and credited to the appropriate receivable invoice account. Files all paid receivable invoices for the department.Updates daily accounting FLAIR files daily. Prepares files to be used for the reconciliation of Departmental FLAIR and CFO Central Accounting for Disbursements and Revenue. Updates daily Trust Fund cash balance report for distribution to Division Directors.Performs duties as the Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), and Florida Information and Accounting Resources (FLAIR) Access Control Custodian, LAS/PBS access control custodian, responsible for the establishment, maintenance and removal of access for Departmental users, and add users in the Report Distribution System (RDS) as needed.Maintains accounts receivable invoices to be verified with incoming payment and journal transfers.Records the receipt of payments made by Journal Transfer from State Agencies in FLAIR.Performs other work related duties as required.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.Knowledge of the methods of data collections.Knowledge of GAAP.Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data.Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, and regulations, policies, and procedures relating to an accounting program.Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to work independently.Ability to read professional publications and technical manuals.Ability to utilize problem‑solving techniques and ability to use a personal computer.CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKSA Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment.
