    Description

    Executive Administrative Assistant

    Job Summary:

    Provide comprehensive executive support to the Plant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication across departments, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up of decisions and action items.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Execute tasks assigned by the plant manager, monitor progress at all times , and report results.

    2. Communicate, coordinate, and integrate across departments; handle various administrative matters.

    3. Work independently; be careful and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.

    4. Coordinate scheduling of plan manager meetings, prepare meeting minutes afterwards, and follow up on decisions and action items.

    5. Handle general document and data processing, organize and distribute approval documents, and track execution status.

    6. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Graduated from university or above.

    Work Experience: 2+ years supporting senior management or Plant Manager (preferred).

    Skills:

    o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    o Outlook/Calendar and common video conferencing tools (Teams).

    o Strong attention to detail, time management and multitasking ability.

    o Strong interpersonal skills and cross-departmental coordination experience.

    o Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

    o Languages: English required; proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is a plus depending on company needs.
