    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.     Job Overview

    This role provides essential executive and administrative support to leaders within the Selling, Commercial organization. The Executive Assistant enables effective decision‑making and execution by managing day‑to‑day operational and coordination activities, ensuring leaders can focus on driving commercial performance and customer impact. The role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to commercial and sales leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow‑up activities.

    • aCoordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely preparation of materials.

    • Manage travel arrangements, expense tracking, and visitor coordination in line with company policies.

    • Prepare, review, and distribute internal and external communications, presentations, and reports using established standards.

    • Support commercial projects and initiatives by tracking actions, gathering information, and assisting with less complex project components.

    • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to support efficient commercial operations.

    • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and overall organizational efficiency within the Selling, Commercial team.

    • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a customer‑focused mindset in all interactions, applying Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives daily.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Preferred: Technical degree, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

    Experience and Skills

    Required:

    • 0-2 years of relevant administrative, executive assistant, or business support experience.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.

    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (email, calendars, word processing, presentations).

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment.

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under close supervision.

    Preferred:

    • Experience supporting leaders or teams within a sales, commercial, or customer‑facing organization.

    • Familiarity with coordinating meetings and activities across multiple stakeholders or functions.

    • Experience supporting projects, events, or internal initiatives in a corporate environment.

    • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization.

    • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in streamlining administrative processes.
