Sigma, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for hospital leadership in Boston, MA. This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for a proactive executive administrative professional who excels in calendar management, meeting coordination, executive support, and Microsoft Office tools.
The Executive Assistant will support two senior leaders, including the President of the hospital, and play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating executive meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative support to hospital leadership.
- Proactively manage and maintain executive calendars, including resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
- Assist with agenda planning and meeting preparation.
- Combine and format PowerPoint presentations into comprehensive meeting decks.
- Manage virtual meetings, including sharing presentations, coordinating materials, and taking meeting minutes.
- Support in-person meetings by preparing meeting materials and presenting PowerPoint slides when needed.
- Coordinate communications and follow-ups to ensure executive priorities are addressed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail while supporting senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Recent experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- 3–5+ years of executive administrative experience preferred.
- Strong experience managing complex executive calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and calendar management tools.
- Experience supporting senior executives, healthcare leadership, or C-suite professionals preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
