This role sits within the Office of the CEO and serves as a key partner to senior leadership. The Executive Operations Associate will provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-level executives while also contributing to strategic projects, cross-functional coordination, and company-wide initiatives. This is a highly visible position requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for multiple senior executives
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
Process and track expenses reports in a timely and accurate manner
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Office of the CEO Operations
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support communication flow and organizational priorities
Assist in aligning executive activities with broader company initiatives
Help “connect the dots” across teams, ensuring follow-through on key action items
Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Support and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives led by executive leadership
Conduct research, prepare materials, and assist with execution of high-impact projects
Balance ownership of both day-to-day responsibilities and longer-term initiatives
Events & Meetings
Plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, including board meetings and leadership offsites
Manage logistics such as venue coordination, materials preparation, catering, and technology setup
Support internal events and cross-functional gatherings as needed
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives or working in operations, administration, or a related role
Experience working in fast-paced, complex organizational environments (larger company experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high level of organization and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., calendar management, expense systems, collaboration platforms)
