What You'll Do

• Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Proven success managing food cost, labor cost, and inventory.
• Passion for delivering outstanding food and memorable guest experiences.
