Seeking an Executive Chef for a Mediterranean restaurant in Chicago's River North, emphasizing California-style cuisine using local ingredients.

  • Oversee BOH operations, including purchasing, inventory, and food cost control.
  • Lead and mentor culinary teams, ensuring effective training and development.
