Responsibilities include elevating culinary programs, seasonal menu updates, mentoring staff, managing admin tasks, controlling costs, and maintaining safety standards.
Preferred candidates have 2+ years senior leadership in respected restaurants or boutique/hotel settings, with luxury or acclaimed backgrounds, and familiarity with Midwest culture.
Excellent communication, leadership, flexibility, and passion for food and guest satisfaction are essential.
Compensation includes a salary of $120-$140k, bonuses, PTO, benefits, and relocation assistance.
