Ashleys of Rockledge is looking for a talented and passionate Experienced Cook to join our kitchen team in Rockledge, FL! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely execution during service
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients
• Assist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to kitchen leadership
• Adapt quickly to high-volume rushes while maintaining quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar culinary role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
