Finance/Accounting Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a growing and well-established organization seeking a Finance/Accounting Supervisor. This position serves as a key contributor within the Accounting and Finance team and will play an important role in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.

The role is designed for an experienced accounting and finance professional who enjoys a blend of accounting responsibilities and financial analysis work. In addition to owning critical reporting and analytical functions, the individual will serve as a senior resource within the department, helping support the daily workflow of the team while working closely with management on process improvements, reporting enhancements, strategic initiatives, and the development of the individual contributors on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

• 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, and/or FP&A experience

• Foundation in large public accounting within audit/assurance preferred

• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles

• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
