About the Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected trust services organization to find a detail-oriented Financial Account Coordinator. In this role, you will support the administration of self-directed retirement accounts, provide exceptional client service, and assist with account transactions, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer service, banking, trust, financial services, or retirement account experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, financial institutions, attorneys, CPAs, and other professional partners.
• Support the administration of self-directed retirement accounts and ensure account activities are processed accurately.
• Prepare account documentation, correspondence, and client forms.
• Open and close accounts, establish client profiles, and maintain accurate account records.
• Process daily transactions, including asset purchases, transfers, distributions, and incoming account requests.
• Monitor account activity and partner with internal operations teams to resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Assist with retirement account reporting and help ensure compliance with applicable IRS deadlines and requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients while assisting with new account onboarding.
• Support billing, collections, and special projects as assigned.

Details:

Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri 8-5

Position Type: Temp to Hire (conversion of the person is the right fit)

Pay Range: $20-$23/hr

Location: Onsite in Albuquerque, NM 87110
