Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and long-range planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review
- Analyze budget-to-actual variances and identify key drivers
- Partner with department heads to develop and monitor operating budgets
- Support the month-end and quarter-end close process
- Track key performance indicators and prepare dashboards for stakeholders
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools
- Support annual planning and quarterly reforecasting cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Three or more years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and complex formulas
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Familiarity with ERP or financial reporting systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
