Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish standard costs and collect operational data to determine cost of operations.
• Analyze actual results against plans and forecasts to identify financial status.
• Guide the cost analysis process by enforcing policies and providing trends and forecasts.
• Monitor variances and recommend actions to management based on your analyses.
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
• Maintain databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Develop automated accounting applications to increase productivity.
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Cost Analyst or Financial Analyst.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Understanding of basic accounting and finance functions.
• Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Financial reporting, data reconciliation, and trend analysis expertise.
• Operational data collection and analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle/SAP, AI tools, or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
